Watch servicing

Over the years the parts inside a watch movements gather residuals, causing the watch to lose or gain time or stop all together. Servicing a watch involves disassembling the watch movement, cleaning the parts, reassembling and oiling the movement. After servicing the watch will be back to its original condition and time keeping. We provide this service for all types and makes of watches.

Life of your watch

A good quality watch should not need to be serviced for years. However this depends on the condition that the watch has been kept under. Generally a watch case should provide protection for the movement inside, so that dampness and dust in the atmosphere will not penetrate.
It is good practice to pressure test your watch after so many years to make sure that the case is still sealed. This will prolong the life of your watch.
